Returns
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:

damaged

defective
-
or incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@loryago.com and include photos of the issue so we can resolve the situation quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

personalized or custom items

perishable goods

personal care products
-
items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
